The Rianne S. Play Balls are great kegel exercisers for people of all levels. Each set comes with 4 individual balls of varying weights: Deep Purple - 55g, Coral - 35g, Lavender - 25g, and Pale - 15g. The weighted balls can be used individually or in their silicone holder. Kegel balls are best known for reducing risk of incontinence and to tone and tighten the vaginal walls after childbirth. But because it helps you gain better muscle control, they have also been know to improve the strength of orgasms. The Rianne S. Lubricant: When inserting kegel balls, you may need a little lubricant to make them slide in easier. As they are made from silicone, we recommend using a water based lube like our Sliquid Sea or Yes Water Based. 

Caring for your toy: Cleaning the Rianne S. Play Balls is a breeze. Just wash in warm, soapy water and towel dry. Always remember to store them in their coral cosmetic bag where they can't collect dust or lint.
