When you're a small business in Ireland, you live and die by your customer service, and when you work as an online sole trader like me, the job can be very isolating at times. So when I get such wonderful feedback like this, it really warms my heart. I genuinely strive to do right by my customers, and I'm so delighted when that's recognised. 

Quick note: I asked the customer in question if I could post her comments here, and she agreed.

There was a small issue with a product I had bought and I emailed (after office hours) to express my disappointment and within the hour of emailing I got a heartfelt apology and replacement popped in the post the next day.
