All our packages are shipped discreetly, and while Sex Siopa is a rather “loud and proud” business, we will never put our name or branding on the outside of your parcel.

On the inside your parcel we include the products purchased, a thank you note, and a hard copy of your receipt. If you wish to not receive a receipt, please let us know in the Customer Notes section at checkout.

We currently use An Post to provide you with fast, tracked shipping in most cases. You can also avail of having your order sent to an OohPod secure locker for an extra level of discretion and convenience if you're not at home during the day. If you use OohPod, please include your name, OohPod ID number, and the address of your preferred OohPod location. 

Shipping within the island of Ireland is FREE on all orders of €50 or more. Our standard shipping within the island of Ireland under €50 is €5.95. For all orders to mainland UK and rest of the EU, there is a flat rate fee of €20. For all other Non-EU countries, please get in touch for a shipping quote. Please note that while we will try to use as discreet language as possible, we are required by law to list any products being exported outside of the EU on customs forms.
